The renovation of 14,000 square feet of the site involved relocating both supply and drainage systems, alongside comprehensive landscaping efforts. This encompassed the design of septic tanks, choke pits, rainwater harvesting systems, a kitchen garden, backyard utility areas, and gardens for both the backyard and frontyard.

The overall aesthetic and ambiance of the landscape were guided by influences from Japanese and tropical garden styles.

Various materials such as concrete, stone, brick, pebbles, chips, and sand were carefully explored and selected, each contributing distinct textures and layers to the overall design composition.
