“&t” (anti) is a collaborative approach to design, where we engage deeply with people, as well as the material and the immaterial elements that shape our reality.
Our designs are anchored in its context responding thoughtfully to : the site, the client, and the program.
A playful yet thoughtful approach pushing the boundaries of design and construction. Blending graphical elements, geometry, proportions, colour and scale to create spaces and experiences.

Tasneem Vohra
Principal Architect
Tasneem Vohra is the Founder and Principal Architect of &t studio. She completed her architectural education at R.V. College of Architecture, Bangalore, in 2017. She began her professional journey as an intern at DCOOP Architects, Mumbai, and later worked with WARP Architects in Coimbatore.
Her time at DCOOP Architects immersed her in Mumbai’s dynamic studio culture, where she developed a strong sensitivity to detail—not only in architectural design but also through exposure to the studio’s 15 years of work via documentation, journaling, and organization. At WARP Architects, she gained valuable insight into the architectural landscape of her hometown, Coimbatore, and developed an understanding of its local context.
Subsequently, she began freelancing on a range of projects including landscaping, graphics, and interiors, allowing her to expand her skill set and experiment across multiple design disciplines. Her design approach emphasizes exploration of ideologies and concepts while challenging local mindsets and prevailing design conventions. In 2022, she founded &t studio, based in Coimbatore.

Kkanche Ratadia
Creative Head
Kkanche is originally from Coimbatore, though she has called multiple places home throughout her life. Moving between cultures and narratives has been a significant driving force in her design journey. She graduated with a Gold Medal in Architecture from Ramaiah Institute of Technology. During her time in college, she also explored writing and served as the editor of the department magazine, Render.
Her internships at Cadence Architects and Takashi Niwa Architects laid the foundation for her interest in materials and detailing. As part of her professional journey, she went on to work with Architecture BRIO, where she honed her design and graphical skills while gaining a deeper understanding of scale, organisation, and spatial clarity.
She is now the Creative Head and Senior Architect at &t studio, where she not only leads architectural and interior design projects but also actively shapes the studio’s creative direction across branding, visual storytelling, exhibitions, and other interdisciplinary pursuits. She spends her time balancing meticulous detailing with a constant awareness of the larger design narrative.
Kkanche believes that a well-designed space has a story to tell, while still allowing people to inhabit it and define their own narratives. Materials, details, light, and shadow play integral roles. in shaping this experience.
